Who we are
This is the privacy policy for Outpost Local. It covers the personal information we hold about people who visit this website, make an enquiry, or become a customer.

What we collect
When you make an enquiry or become a customer, we collect the details you give us. That is usually your name, business name, email, and phone number.
If you take out a subscription, we also hold the payment and billing details needed to charge for the service.
Our website runs no analytics and sets no tracking or advertising cookies. If you log in to the client dashboard, we use a single cookie that keeps you signed in. That is the only cookie we set.
How we use it
We use your information to respond to your enquiry, provide and bill the service, and manage the customer relationship.
Who we share it with
We share information with the third party providers we use to run the service, including website hosting, email, payment processing, and mail fulfilment, and only as far as each needs it to do its job.
We do not sell personal information.
Storage and security
We take reasonable steps to keep your information secure. Some of the providers we use may store data outside Australia.
Access, correction, and deletion
You can ask to access the personal information we hold about you, to correct it, or to have it deleted. Email hello@outpostlocal.au and we will action it.
Your privacy rights
We handle personal information consistent with the Australian Privacy Principles under the Privacy Act 1988 (Cth). This policy is governed by the law of New South Wales.
